RETURN POLICY

FOR GREECE

  • You can return any product for free and we will refund you within 14 days, if the return is due to our company’s mistake (the return can be done by issuing a credit note or refund).
  • You can exchange the product for a different size or color within 10 days of receiving your original order. In this case the return costs and the costs of the new shipment are covered by us. You can only make one change per product.
  • For each product that is returned or for which a change is requested, the customer must include when sending the original document (retail receipt or invoice).

Change of Color or Size

  • All goods will be inspected on their return to the company.
  • All swimwears, it is clarified that for reasons of hygiene, should be tested with the sticker they carry and returned with it. Swimsuits that are returned without the adhesive tape can not be accepted.
  • The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and can not be damaged.
  • In case a product is returned in improper condition, we will have to send it back to you.
  • We recommend that you keep the post office / courier receipt until the return process is complete and receive our email stating that we have received your return.

In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, Venny Swimwear is entitled not to accept the return or change of the product.

Withdrawal

  • The customer can withdraw the sale within 15 days from the shipment of the product and at his own expense return it to the company.
  • The company is entitled to accept the return of the product only if the packaging has not been violated and is accompanied by proof of payment.
  • Your refund, if the purchase of the product from which you withdraw was made by cash on delivery, is done by crediting your bank account which you will notify us when exercising the right of withdrawal. If the payment was made by debit / credit card, your money will be refunded to your debited account.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Most of the conditions mentioned above apply also to international customers.

  • If you want to replace the product with a different size or color, you must return the product and place a new order.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that secures the value of the returned products and always receive proof of shipment.
  • The international shipping rates are fixed regardless of the weight of your order. Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature for receipt, so we recommend that your order must be delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
  • Every duty is charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Because customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges may affect the delivery time of your package.
  • Please be advised that in case of national celebration/holiday in your country, deliveries may not be made. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next working day.
